Matrinah

One of the most classic designs in the collection,
the Matrinah,
which took its name,
from the designer of Ardmore,
Matrinah Xaba,
reveals a provision,
from decorative platters and dishes,
all elaborately decorated,
with birds and animals,
framed with decorations,
wavy finishes.
Placed on a matte olive background,
gray-brown (taupe), ivory, ochre and pink,
features the softly outlined shape of the Khulu.
